Proposed Daily Itinerary
6:45am - Executive round trip Limo Transfers to and from CIG Hospitality Facility “The Lodge on Magnolia” located directly across the street from Augusta National G.C.
7:00am - Full Gourmet Breakfast along with Open Bar daily in the Creative Image Group Hospitality Site the “The Lodge on Magnolia”
8:00am - Gates Open, Augusta National G.C.
11:30am - Gourmet Hot & Cold Luncheon Buffet served at “The Lodge on Magnolia” (Multiple Plasma Screen TV's located inside and on the Outdoor Patio area)
4:00pm - Day Time Facility Afternoon, Hors D’oeuvres, Hot Buffet and Open Bars (Live Coverage of Masters on several Plasma Screen TV’s starts)
6:30pm - Executive Limo Shuttle Service back to the Augusta Marriott Hotel & Suites
7:00pm - Augusta Marriott - Oglethorpe Ballroom: Full-Service Premium Open Bar to include Cordials and Liqueurs to accompany the Evening Receptions and Wine Pairings to go with the Hors D’oeuvres Selections.
8:00pm - Full Gourmet Dinners daily in the Augusta Marriott - Oglethorpe Ballroom with private company table signage along with
8:45pm - PGA Guest Speaker each evening Wed – Sat for Autographs, Pictures, Q & A. (The likes of Bobby Clampett, Bill Macatee, Rod Pampling, Ken Venturi, Hank Haney)
11:30pm - Creative Image Group Evening Gala Concludes
CIG will have PGA Guest Speakers along with NFL Players on hand at two (2) of the Evening Gala's for Autograph Sessions and Pictures
